Bright Realty held their groundbreaking ceremony on April 20 for Crown Centre II, a new addition to the company’s long-term plan to invest in the City of Lewisville and the region’s economic development efforts.

Locally based developer Bright Realty has broken ground on Crown Centre II, a $50 million office project that will be located in the northern Dallas suburb of Lewisville.

Bright Realty has announced the addition of three new tenants to The Realm at Castle Hills, a 324-acre mixed-use development located in Lewisville, roughly 30 miles northwest of Dallas.
